Shipping policy
How long does it take for my order to be shipped out?
Orders are packed and shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Once your order is placed and payment is received, it will go out on the next available ship day. Please keep this in mind when placing time-sensitive orders.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Use that number to follow your package directly through the carrier's website.
Who do you use to ship orders?
We typically ship via USPS, but occasionally we will ship via UPS or FedEx. Once shipped, it typically takes approximately 2 to 3 business days to arrive depending on your distance from Tennessee.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is based on the weight of your order and is calculated by the carrier at checkout. You will see your shipping total before you complete your purchase.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
What does "Pre-Shipment" mean on my tracking?
In some instances, packages remain in "pre-shipment" status for the entire journey to you. This means your order may actually arrive at your door while the tracking on the USPS website is still showing as pending. We have spoken with USPS staff directly and have been told that some facilities skip scanning in order to move packages along faster.
Can Divine Purity see more tracking details than what I see?
No. We are not able to view any tracking information beyond what USPS and UPS communicate on their tracking interface. If you have questions about the status of your shipment, you will need to contact the carrier directly.
I ordered in-stock items along with a pre-order item. When will everything ship?
If your order includes a pre-ordered item, your entire order will ship once that item is in stock, which is typically 2 to 3 weeks. If you would like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@divinepurity.co so we can try to make the correction before your order ships. If your order has already shipped and needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address, the cost of reshipping will be the customer's responsibility.
My package was marked as delivered but I have not received it.
Start by checking with other household members to see if someone brought it in. You can also contact the carrier directly for specifics on where the package was placed at delivery. If your package has been lost or stolen, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier that delivered your order. Once a package leaves our hands, final delivery is outside of our control.
My package arrived damaged. What should I do?
You have 72 hours from the time of delivery to report any damage. This window is important because we have to file a claim with the carrier on our end, and delays can affect our ability to do that. Take a photo of the damaged box before opening it. If items inside are also damaged, photograph those as well. Email your photos along with your order number to info@divinepurity.co. Damage reported outside of the 72 hour window will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
What happens if my package is refused or returned to sender?
If a package is refused, returned to sender, or unclaimed and sent back to us for any reason, you will be refunded for the cost of the items once we receive them back. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
