Wholesale Terms and Conditions/Faire Wholesale Processing Information.

Thank you for your interest in carrying Divine Purity Aurapothecary products.

To ensure our relationship with retailers remains mutually beneficial, we ask that all potential stockists review our terms and conditions before placing a wholesale order.


All prices are listed in US dollars. Authorized retailers will receive a wholesale price of 50% off the listed retail price, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. Not all retail products that appear on our website are available for wholesale pricing.


Orders must be prepaid via PayPal or credit card before the shipment of goods. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal are acceptable forms of payment. A minimum order of $350 is required on opening orders.

Opening orders must include a copy of your Reseller's Permit # / Resale Certificate # and Tax ID. Please email the requested documents to: once your wholesale account has been approved.

All wholesale orders require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of at least 4 units per product, including reorders. 4 units are our standard case size.


A minimum order of $100 is required on reorders. Orders must be prepaid via PayPal or credit card before the shipment of goods and meet the order case minimum for each product.


If you have a brick & mortar shop, we recommend ordering one extra unit for customer testing and sampling. If you want to test the quality of our products before committing to placing a larger order, please purchase the item at retail price, with shipping. When you place a wholesale order for that same item, we will subtract the tester's price, including retail shipping costs, from your wholesale order.


Shipments are typically dispatched within 1-2 weeks; however, lead time may vary depending on the order size, product availability, and our production schedule. We will contact you if we foresee your order will take longer than the time mentioned above.

Shipping and handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total once the order is pulled and prepared for shipment. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment, specific carriers may be used, and prices may be considered on a case-by-case basis.


We currently offer FREE Local Delivery to storefronts within a 25-mile radius of our Chattanooga-based workshop.


Please note that many of our products, especially our whipped scrubs, are made with oils and butters that will melt in high temperatures - please keep this in mind when ordering. We do our best to package items carefully but have no control over the order once it leaves our studio, as packages can be subject to high temps during shipping and transit: hot shipping trucks, warehouses, porches in direct sunlight, etc. Because of this, we cannot not offer refunds for melted whipped scrubs, body butter, lotion bars that are shipped in the summer months.

Please ensure your order is shipped to an address where it will be collected promptly and not be left outside in the sun or hot weather. While melting does not affect the efficacy and benefits of the product, it can cause the whipped scrub to “deflate” and the jar to appear partially full.


Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact us at or call us at 423.521.2996  within 3 business days of receipt to discuss any goods damaged in transit. All damaged products must be identified and documented with photos for our records for any potential postal insurance claims. Photos need to be emailed to Once all information is gathered and reviewed, all damaged goods will be replaced at no additional cost. 

Other than items that have been damaged during shipment, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


Due to the use of natural ingredients in our products, there may be slight color and scent variations from batch to batch, and product colors may fade or morph over time. This is the "beauty" of natural products and in no way affects the efficacy of the product.
