Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Divine Purity Aurapothecary. We are dedicated to providing artisanal, purpose-driven products to stockists who value quality and mindful craftsmanship. To ensure a mutually beneficial partnership, please review our terms and conditions below.

ORDER MINIMUMS & PRICING

  • Opening Orders: A minimum investment of $350 is required for all new accounts.

  • Reorders: A minimum of $150 is required for subsequent orders.

  • Wholesale Pricing: Authorized retailers receive 50% off the listed retail price. Prices are subject to change with notice. Please note that select retail items or limited-edition launches may not be available for wholesale.

  • Case Size (MOQ): All products must be ordered in case increments of 6 units per SKU. This ensures batch consistency and helps protect the integrity of the products during transit.

ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS

To maintain your wholesale account, please email a copy of your Reseller's Permit / Tax ID to once your account has been approved. Orders will not be processed until this documentation is on file.

PAYMENT TERMS

Orders must be prepaid in full before production and shipment. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex) and PayPal.

LEAD TIME & DELIVERY

  • Lead Time: Our standard lead time is 1–2 weeks, as our products are handcrafted in small batches. We will notify you immediately if your order size or our current production schedule requires additional time.

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping and handling charges are calculated and added to your invoice once your order is prepared.

  • Local Delivery: We offer FREE Local Delivery to storefronts within a 10-mile radius of our Chattanooga workshop for orders over $300. For local orders below this threshold, a flat $15 delivery fee applies. Local deliveries are completed weekly; please ensure a representative is available to receive the order during business hours.

SUMMER SHIPPING & PRODUCT CARE

Many of our products, including whipped scrubs and body butters, are made with natural oils and butters that can melt in high temperatures.

  • Shipping: We package items with care, but we cannot offer refunds for products that melt during transit via third-party carriers (UPS/USPS) in summer months.

  • Local Delivery Advantage: For local deliveries, we utilize climate-controlled transport to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.

  • Handmade Nature: Due to our use of natural ingredients, slight variations in color and scent are expected between batches. This in no way affects the efficacy of the product.

DAMAGES & RETURNS

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Any goods damaged during transit must be reported within 3 business days of receipt. Please email with photos of the damaged items and packaging to initiate a replacement. Aside from transit damage, all sales are final.

We are also available on Faire for your convenience. If you are new to Faire, you may qualify for a $100 credit, free shipping for one year, and Net-60 terms.
